ALL ABOUT FACE - Manila - Facial machine for sale

The FRANCHISEE shall pay ALL ABOUT FACE a Franchise Fee in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ( Php 550.00) inclusive of the following:

1. Rights to the name of the Business ALL ABOUT FACE
2. Rights to use the ALL ABOUT FACE logo
3. ALL ABOUT FACE system
a. Use of the operation manual
b. Rights to sell exclusive ALL ABOUT FACE services
c. Rights to sell exclusive ALL ABOUT FACE products
4. Employee training & development
5. Pre-opening assistance including:
a. Center lay-out, concept & design
b. Business permits and documentation
6. Equipments:
a. 1 Facial Streamers
b. 1 Magnifying Lamp
c. 1 Foot Spa Machine
d. 1 Trolley
e. Professional Products for pre-opening use (complete set)
7. Continued Support from mother company on areas of management & operations including Market Research, Product Development, Equipment, Specifications, Creative Advertising & Marketing programs.

The FRANCHISEE shall pay ALL ABOUT FACE the said Franchise Fee in the following manner.
a. Fifty thousand pesos (Php50,000) for reservation- non- refundable
b. Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500,000) shall be paid upon the execution of agreement and contract.

The FRANCHISEE shall pay ALL ABOUT FACE a monthly Royalty Fee as scheduled:
a. Year 1: No Royalty Fee
b. Year 2: P10,000.00 pesos
c.Year 3: P12,000.00 or 10% of Gross Sales whichever is higher
d. Year4: P15,000.00or 10% of Gross Sales whichever is higher
e Year 5: P15,000.00 or 10% of Gross Sales whichever is higher

The monthly ROYALTY FEEshall be subjected to VAT and withholding tax.
