Customer Support Service Manager

Job Qualifications

·Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

·ITIL certification is plus but not required

·Must  have 8 years of proven overall experience in offshore software development industry (US/European clients)

·Must have 5 years experience with IT helpdesk support, experience with providing the support service at levels 1-3, SLA developing and maintenance

·Must have 3 years of proven successful team management experience, managing at least 15 people

·Must have experience of managing multinational distributed teams

·Must have experience of communicating with clients at managerial level

·Must have proven success in team building/management and communicator/presenter

·Must have understanding of software development and maintenance life cycles

·Must have  understanding of software development company functioning

·Must have understanding of offshore software development specifics

·Must have understanding of IT industry trends

·Must have understanding of Helpdesk templates, practices, SLA

·Must have knowledge of ITIL2 or ITIL3 practices

·Must have proficiency in using issue tracking practices and tools

·Knowledge in psychology and people behavior is plus but not required

·Must have understanding of project/budget estimation techniques

·Must have understanding of Project Management tools

·Must be willing to work in Makati City

·Full time/permanent position available
