The training -workshop is designed to provide participants an advanced learning and skills development in the operation, control and preventive maintenance of electric generators and motors both AC and DC. It provides theoretical discussion, film showing, and experiments on the characteristics, speed control, voltage regulation, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of motors and generators, as well as parallel operations of synchronous generators.
At the end of the training, the participants are expected to learn the operation, control, and preventive maintenance of electric generators and motor as well as differentiate its types, based on their principles, theories and applications.
