HOW TO REQUEST FOR PRICELIST

Please email us at epsa.philippines@gmail.com or leave us a message in Facebook or in Google Talk stating the following details:

• Complete Name
• Address
• Contact Numbers
• Salon/Business Name (if available)

** Pricelist is applicable only to online purchases and for purchases on our flagship store here in Manila.

MODES OF PAYMENT

Bank Deposit: BDO, BPI, UNION BANK, BANK OF COMMERCE
Other Payment Mode Accepted: GLOBE Gcash, Paypal, Western Union, Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier, LBC Piso Padala

**Buyer will receive a notification email which the buyer must respond to within 5days.
*Failure to reply will force the seller to leave the buyer with a negative feedback.

FOR GCASH: Additional 1% of the total of the orders.

FOR PAYPAL: We only accept payment in paypal for bulk orders and international buyers. Additional 1.9%-2.9% 0.30usd for the bank transfer.

FOR PROVINCIAL ORDERS:
* Please order at least 4-5days or a week before the day you will use the item/s. This is to give us time to prepare your order/s and to schedule it to your preferred courier/shipping company.

* We only accept CASH as mode of payment for salon equipment orders. We required 50% down-payment and the remaining 50% should be paid before we deliver/release the salon equipment.

SHIPPING TERMS FOR SALON EQUIPMENT

• Shipping/delivery fee will be shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
• Buyers near or within metro manila is advise to pick up their orders from our flagship store to avoid any problems that might occur.
• Buyers from the province should have their relative or representative to visit our showroom so they could check the actual appearance and the condition of the salon equipment that will be purchased.
• We need 50% down-payment for the reservation of salon equipment. And the remaining 50% should be paid before we release your order(s).
• Buyers from the province should contact their preferred freight/cargo forwarders to pick up their orders from our store.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Failure to complete the transaction will merit you a negative feedback.
• Please make sure that you read and understand the terms and condition before you order.
• All items are brand new and authentic.
• Cancellation of orders are not allowed.
• Once you submitted your orders, it will be considered SOLD.
• No RETURN, No EXCHANGE Policy.
