In terms of the quality and durability of our products, we may say that our JANSPORT bag products is much durable since products were well-tailored, bar-tucked and inspected before it will be disposed commercially to our respective clientele/ customers. But still, like any other products, there will still be at times that there are products passed from factory’s Q.A. with minor or unnoticeable defects. This is the time our Customer Support/ Customer Assistance will come in the picture. Once the JS products reveals some minor defects, rest assured that the product will be replaced without any charges and more importantly without any questions or whatsoever. Because our advocacy is that as much as possible to satisfy our customer’s “needs and wants”. We can always talk about any of your concerns and compromise on things since YOU are our boss….

III. We usually ship within 24-48 hours upon payment. We will ship everyday except on public holidays and weekends. Cut-off time for shipping shall be confirmed not later than 2 pm. otherwise items payment confirmed beyond 2 pm will be shipped the following day.
