Senior graphic designer

Full Time Position Starting May 2012

Art on Order Graphics is an Australian start up business that was launched in early 2012.   We provide outsourced graphic and web design services to Australian printing businesses via an online delivery platform.

We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled professional, with at least 5 years hands on design experience.  Exposure to either the pre-print or web design fields would be a definite advantage, but is not essential.  You will need to work to tight deadlines, whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.  Experience in team leadership will be highly regarded.

Although primarily a hands on position, you will also have an opportunity to make your mark by assisting the development of our Philippines operations centre.  You will have responsibility for training graphic design staff, implementing workflow processes and overseeing quality control.

Requirements

College degree or relevant trade qualifications

Minimum of 5 years commercial graphic design experience

Proven Graphic Design and Layouting Skills

Excellent knowledge of Adobe creative Suite, including InDesign, illustrator and Photoshop

Excellent written and spoken English

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail

An understanding of pre-print requirements

Willingness to work long hours at our quezon City office

Experience in the BPO sector and leadership potential would both be highly regarded.
